Huge thank you to Mark the owner! He answered the phone after hours and walked us through a quick troubleshoot on our dead-as-a-doornail AC unit and he found the problem and told us how to fix it ourselves. When we offered to pay him for his help he refused. I have no idea how much he saved us being after hours AND a holiday (the night before 4th of July), I’m sure we would’ve gotten taken by someone else. Thank you Mark!!!
