Samson and Sons Heating & Cooling was established in 2015. We’re licensed, bonded and insured, and Mark and his team have over 30 years of experience in heating, cooling, and ventilation. Samson and Sons is a local, Christian, family-owned and -operated small business focusing on the highest-quality work at affordable prices. We specialize in repair, service, maintenance, installation, ventilation and indoor air quality. Our business is named for Mark’s grandfather, who went by the nickname of Sam. Sam was Mark’s father figure growing up. Mark and his family are also believers, hence the decision to name the company Samson and Sons with hopes that in the future his kids will continue what he has started.

Our HVAC unit went on the fritz recently. We called Mark and he was very courteous on the phone. Mark arranged for Jamal to call and come out for a service call later in the day. Jamal arrived on time and was very knowledgeable, friendly and polite. It turns out the city had accidentally shut off our gas due to a major construction project in our area. Jamal was able to diagnose this issue in about 5 minutes flat and was very helpful in talking with the construction crew about the situation. Even though I did not need a repair on my HVAC unit, I was so impressed with Samson and Sons’ “old fashioned, friendly service” approach that I asked Jamal if we could have their team sign us up for a maintenance contract! Very pleased with the service and would not hesitate to recommend these folks if you need a skillful and honest HVAC tech.

Huge thank you to Mark the owner! He answered the phone after hours and walked us through a quick troubleshoot on our dead-as-a-doornail AC unit and he found the problem and told us how to fix it ourselves. When we offered to pay him for his help he refused. I have no idea how much he saved us being after hours AND a holiday (the night before 4th of July), I’m sure we would’ve gotten taken by someone else. Thank you Mark!!!
